This page describes what POEFixer stores when you use the website (poefixer.trade), the customer panel, and the desktop programs — and how to have it removed.

What we store

• Web account. Your email address, a hash of your password (never the password itself), and sign-in session records (IP address, browser user-agent, timestamps).
• Sign in with Google. If you use it, we receive only your email address from Google and use it to create or match your account. We do not receive or store your Google password, contacts, or anything else.
• Purchases. Orders are paid in cryptocurrency. We store the order details (plan, amount, the receiving address, transaction identifiers) and the email address you enter for delivery. We never see or store card numbers or bank details — there are none.
• License keys. The key, its activation state, and the hardware identifier of the machine it is used on (for one-session-per-key enforcement).
• Hosted trading. If you use the hosted service, the game account email, its password (only if you choose to save it), and the trade session cookie are stored encrypted at rest and are used solely to run the sessions you start. Trade activity logs are kept for 7 days, then deleted automatically.
• Support. Whatever you send us on Discord or Telegram stays in those platforms; we keep no separate copy.

What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with anyone.
• We use no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
• We send no marketing email unless you opted in at registration.

Cookies

The site uses only functional cookies: a sign-in session cookie, a CSRF protection token, and a short-lived state cookie during Google sign-in. No advertising or cross-site cookies.

Data removal

To delete your web account and everything attached to it (game account credentials, subscriptions, activity), contact support and ask for deletion — it is performed as a hard delete. Payment records required for accounting are retained.
